Need Help Making Changes in Your Personal or Professional Life?
A great way to start is with my freeWeekly Challenger, designed for the independent spirit seeking her or his own path. The Weekly Challenger is a quick and easy way to focus on your personal issues. You'll simply find an e-mail from me each Monday morning to ponder, practice and play with. No contracts to sign, no classes to attend, no commitments - except to yourself - just a small, yet powerful, tool for making positive changes in your life.
Each free Weekly Challenger message will be short and sweet (just like chocolate kisses). It might be a hmmm (thought-provoker); a do this (practical task); a try this (an exercise to jump start your life); or a did you ever stop to think (an idea that stretches your boundaries).
As a trained life coach, my goal is to listen, share, guide and illuminate the path of exploration in your quest for personal growth. I'm always looking for ways to do just that and thanks to modern technology, I can easily share my ideas and exercises that challenge your self-limiting beliefs, guide your heart to discover your true dreams, stimulate your passions and intellect and dare you to move beyond.
The FREE Weekly Challenger is...
Fast - Discover new strengths within yourself and answers to your personal obstacles in about as much an the time it takes to say "Yes, I'd certainly love a piece of the luscious looking chocolate cake."
Fun - Making changes in your life most definitely requires some laughter, a healthy dose of chocolate and even some glorious silliness.
Free - Invest just a few minutes during your week to read the challenge, contemplate your situation and discover your own truths.
Good for You - 0 carbs, 0 calories and 100% fat-free - I guarantee!
Why would I put all this work into developing a new challenge each week?
For the very same reasons I became a life coach - because I love what coaching can do for people and how I can positively impact their lives. I've found my role in life and I want to help you find yours. In the process of "challenging" you, perhaps you might discover that you need something more than my Weekly Challengers and want to explore other ways I can assist you. In receiving my weekly gift, I hope you in turn will learn the value of my services. To learn more about me and life coaching, visit Manage Your Muse at www.ManageYourMuse.com.
Won't you join me and others like you and explore our passions and dreams together? May all your challenges be inspirational ones,

What others are saying about my Weekly Challengers:
"My daughter was surfing one day and discovered you. She sent me a couple of pages, one the 'Make a To Don't List.' Love it. You can't imagine how great it is checking off 100% of the items for the day. The hilarious part of it is that some of the things that I've been meaning to do for months somehow DO get done."
~ A Loyal Reader!
"Thank you for the great advice. I have done this in the past and it works wonders!"
~Samantha W.
A Sample Weekly Challenger...
One of the hardest things to do is to open up a conversation with someone we don't know, or don't know very well. It's hard to find something to say, and comments about the weather are old and trite. Fortunately, there are hundreds of clues we can use to find a conversation starter. For example, your location. You can always ask, "What brings you here?" (Of course, at a grocery store or gas station, the answer is obvious.) If you're meeting the person at another person's event, ask, "How do you know so-and-so?" You can always compliment them on an article of clothing, and ask where they got it. Do they like that store? Where's their favorite place to go shopping?
This week, start a conversation with a relative stranger, and keep the focus on them. Warning: Don't just ask questions, one after another this is a conversation, not an interrogation! Break them up with comments here and there.
